1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter, the Legal Notice) are intended to regulate the use of the website made available to the public by the OWNER.

Access to and/or use of this website attributes the condition of USER, who accepts, from such access and/or use, the general terms of use set forth herein. The aforementioned conditions shall apply regardless of the general contracting conditions that may be mandatory.

Use of the Website

2. https://vertiports.network provides access to a wide range of information, services, programs and data (hereinafter, the “contents”) on the Internet belonging to the OWNER or its licensors to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal.

This responsibility extends to any registration that may be necessary to access certain services or content. In such registration, the USER shall be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a consequence of this registration, the USER may be provided with a password for which he/she will be responsible, undertaking to use it diligently and confidentially.

The USER agrees to make proper use of the contents and services that the OWNER offers through its website, including but not limited to the following prohibitions:

  • Using the website or the information contained therein for commercial, political, advertising or any commercial use, especially in the sending of unsolicited emails.

The OWNER reserves the right to remove any comments and contributions that violate respect for human dignity, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that infringe upon youth or childhood, public order or safety, or which, in its opinion, are not suitable for publication.

In any case, the OWNER shall not be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through forums, chats, or other participation tools.

3. All matters relating to data protection are included in the Privacy Policy document.

Content, Intellectual and Industrial Property

4. The OWNER holds all intellectual and industrial property rights to its website, as well as to the elements contained therein (including but not limited to: images, photographs, sound, audio, video, software or texts; trademarks or logos, colour combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.), owned by the OWNER or its licensors. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

5. The USER acknowledges that the use of the website and its contents and services is carried out under his/her sole responsibility. In particular, and merely by way of example, the OWNER shall not be liable for:

  • The availability, operation and quality or interoperability of the website, its services and contents.

  • The suitability of the website for the USER’s specific objectives.

  • The infringement of current legislation by the USER or third parties, in particular regarding the intellectual and industrial property rights of other persons or entities.

General Provisions

9. The OWNER shall pursue any breach of these conditions, as well as any improper use of its portal, by exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond in law.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

10. The relationship between the OWNER and the USER shall be governed by current Spanish law. All disputes and claims arising from this Legal Notice shall be resolved by the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid (Spain).

Minors

11. https://vertiports.network directs its services to users over 18 years of age. Minors are not authorised to use our services and should therefore not send us their personal data.

We inform you that if such a situation occurs, VENET TECHNOLOGIES, S.L. shall not be held responsible for any possible consequences resulting from the failure to comply with this clause.

Security Measures – SSL

12. The OWNER has contracted an SSL (“Secure Sockets Layer”) certificate for its website. An SSL certificate allows all personal and confidential information handled on a website to be protected, regardless of the type of information transmitted (for example, data sent through contact forms, subscription details for newsletters, or access to protected areas).

The website address will appear with the “https” protocol, indicating a secure connection between the web server and the USER’s browser.
